Tourmalines

Tourmaline offers the widest colour range of any stone the Damaskos workshop uses — greens, pinks, and blues that can differ markedly from one specimen to the next. Selection matters more here than with any other material in the collection.

Stones are chosen in Athens for saturation and clarity, then set in gold within the atelier's established Byzantine and Archaic forms. Because tourmaline varies so widely, individual pieces are rarely identical.
